Read and understood all the course/service information on the website of Edulogix Pty Ltd. and be aware of the course/service modules, entry requirements, delivery modes, duration, policies and procedures and course/service fees.
Acknowledge that you have been explained that attending this course/service does not guarantee passing of the examinations/registration with AHPRA or any other relevant nursing regulatory board.
Fees are subject to change without prior notice given. Please refer to our website for updated fees and charges.
You consent to Edulogix Pty Ltd using, reproducing and publishing your name and the photographic images and/or videos taken during the online training/service, which may contain your image and/or my belongings, in any of its publications and materials but not limited to written, electronic or multimedia materials for distribution anywhere in the world i.e. on Edulogix website, Social Media Page or media release by Edulogix for educational, promotional or reporting purpose.
Acknowledge that you do not have copyright/ownership of any of such material/s as referred above and are not entitled to any remuneration, royalties, or any other payment from the Edulogix in respect of the use of the photographs and/or videos.
When giving permission you are aware that any information published on the internet is accessible to millions of users from all over the world, that it will be indexed by search engines and that it may be copied and used by any web user. This means that once the photograph is published on the internet it is beyond the Edulogix control over its subsequent use and disclosure.
You understand that access details of Edulogix Pty Ltd Learning Management Systems (LMS) should not be shared with any third party and Edulogix has the right to cancel my admission without any refunds at any given time if any such malpractice is identified.
You have read and understood the contents and requirements of this Letter and the conditions that apply to the above course/service, forwarded to me by the Edulogix Pty Ltd.
Failure to accept the offer by the relevant enrolment deadline for that intake may result in the offer being lapsed.
Some services may be fully or partially provided by partners of Edulogix and this was explained to me thoroughly. Edulogix will not be held responsible for the process/ outcomes of the services provided by third party or partners.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If an intake/service is cancelled by Edulogix at any time, you have the option of rescheduling to another date or receiving a full refund of the course/service fee paid.
Refund requests must be in writing to Edulogix. If your refund is approved, the money will be returned to you by the means in which it was paid. If the course/service fee was paid by a third party, the third party will be refunded the course/service fee.
No refund will be given for any services that have been provided already by us including the non- completion of a course/service without a valid reason.
If you are not able to complete the course/service, you are not entitled to a refund unless you are unable to complete the course/service due to circumstances beyond your control in which case a partial refund may be available. Evidence will need to be provided to confirm the circumstances which caused your inability to complete. This will be at the discretion of Edulogix as to whether a refund applies in your circumstances.
If you decide to discontinue the training package/service after commencement due to no fault of Edulogix or Edulogix decides to cease the service to you on the grounds you have not complied with the terms and conditions listed in this agreement, there will be no refund paid by us.
Payment of the fees implies that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and conditions in this document.
